Welcome to BON LO (“BON LO”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and have authority to enter into these Terms. You may be asked to provide information (e.g., email, billing, payment and shipping details). You warrant such information is accurate and complete and that you have rights to provide it. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We aim to present products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary by device and settings. We do not warrant that products or Services will meet your expectations. Product descriptions, availability and features may change without notice. We may limit quantities to any person or region.
3. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Review your order carefully before submitting; cancellation requests might not be accommodated after acceptance. If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at checkout. Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Withdrawal Policy.
4. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. Prices shown to customers in the EU/EEA include VATunless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any non-EU customs or import charges are shown or calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only. Where we arrange delivery, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the goods. If you commission a carrier that we did not offer, risk passes upon handover to that carrier. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all content (including trademarks, text, images, video, audio, and their arrangement) are owned by BON LO, our affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable laws of Sweden, the EU and international treaties. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No licenses are granted except as expressly stated. BON LO names, logos and marks are trademarks of BON LO or its licensors. Shopify’s names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other marks belong to their respective owners.
7. OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may link to third-party sites or materials. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies or practices. Access is at your own risk. Address inquiries about third-party products or services to the third party.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
BON LO is powered by Shopify. However, sales and purchases are made directly with BON LO. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and BON LO. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from or related to your transactions with BON LO.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes personal data to provide and improve the Services. See Shopify’s privacy statements for details.
11. FEEDBACK
If you send ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use and display it for any lawful purpose. You represent you have rights to the Feedback and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law. We may monitor, edit or remove Feedback at our discretion.
12. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Information on the Services may contain errors or omissions (e.g., in descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping charges or transit times). We may correct or update such information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, without prior notice.
13. PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity; intellectual-property infringement; transmitting malware or spam; scraping; or attempting to circumvent security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
14. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time. You remain liable for amounts due up to the date of termination. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive (including IP, Feedback, Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law).
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by BON LO, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing and to the extent permitted by law, BON LO and our officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses (including lost profits, revenue, savings or data) arising from your use of the Services or products.
17. LEGAL GUARANTEE / DEFECTS
Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected. In Sweden you have a three-year right to complain about defects (reklamationsrätt); elsewhere in the EU/EEA a minimum two-year legal guarantee applies, subject to local law. If a product is defective, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable law.
18. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA CONSUMERS)
If you buy online as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting when you receive the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. See our Returns & Withdrawal Policy for how to exercise this right, who pays return shipping, refund timelines and exclusions. If we fail to provide mandatory pre-contract information about this right, the withdrawal period may be extended in accordance with applicable law.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will remain in effect.
20. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver. These Terms, together with policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BON LO regarding the Services.
21. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without consent.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by Swedish law. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Sweden. Consumers retain the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence and may bring claims in those courts as allowed by law.
23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. We will notify you of material changes as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Returns & Withdrawal Policy (EU/EEA Consumers)
Applies to distance purchases made on bon-lo.com by consumers in the EU/EEA.
1) Cooling-off period (Right of Withdrawal)
You may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. For split or multiple deliveries, the period starts when the lastitem or lot is received. If we have not provided the mandatory information about your right of withdrawal before purchase, the withdrawal period may be extended in accordance with applicable law.
2) How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement before the 14-day period expires:

Please include: order number, your name, items returned, and (optional) reason. You can also use the model withdrawal form below. It is sufficient that you send the notice before the deadline.
We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions (including the return address).
3) Returns after withdrawal
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from informing us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the goods while in your possession and during return shipment.

Return shipping costs: Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal.

Condition: You may handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (as you would in a shop). You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.

If we did not provide the required information about the right of withdrawal before purchase, you are not liable for diminished value in accordance with applicable law.
4) Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you for the withdrawn items, including the standard delivery cost (if any) to your location. We do not refund any extra costs for premium/express delivery you chose. Refunds are made within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them, whichever occurs first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
5) Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, contact us. Exchanges are processed as a return (withdrawal) plus a new purchase.
6) Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The 14-day right does not apply to certain goods, including but not limited to:

goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed;

goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once download/streaming has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right.
Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
7) Faulty or non-conforming items (Legal guarantee)
If an item is faulty or does not conform to the contract, contact us at this contact form. You may be entitled to repair or replacement, or—if those are not feasible—price reduction or a refund, under applicable law (in Sweden, up to three years to complain; minimum two years elsewhere in the EU/EEA).
