Is BON LO skincare for women or men?
Bon Lo is for everyone. Our skincare is developed as unisex skincare, meaning it works equally well on male and female skin, as well as non-binary individuals. Why? Because skin concerns such as dryness, sensitivity, or breakouts are not defined by gender.
Instead of focusing on gender, we focus on skin needs: hydration, balance, radiance, and protection. That’s what truly makes a difference in your daily routine.
How do I choose the right product for my skin?
Instead of choosing based on gender, you choose based on your skin type and needs.
- Dry skin → Hydrating products (e.g. Moisturising Day Cream with hyaluronic acid).
- Oily skin → Lightweight balancing creams and cleansers.
- Sensitive skin → Gentle, fragrance-free formulas.
- Dull skin → Antioxidant-rich products for radiance.
- Aging concerns → Products that support firmness and smoothness.
If you’re unsure, start with the basics: cleanser + moisturiser.
I have “male” skin – does it really work for me?
Yes. While male skin can be slightly thicker and oilier, the biological needs are the same. Bon Lo products are designed to hydrate, balance, and protect, which benefits all skin.
Many men also find our creams soothing after shaving.
Are BON LO products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our products are dermatologically tested and formulated under strict EU standards. They are fragrance-free or lightly fragranced, vegan-friendly, and free from unnecessary harsh additives.
Are Bon Lo products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. All Bon Lo products are cruelty-free and the majority are vegan-friendly. We never test on animals.
Where are Bon Lo products made?
All Bon Lo products are produced in Europe in certified facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and effectiveness.
Orders, Shipping & Payments
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the European Union. More regions will follow soon.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees depend on your location and will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. We work with reliable couriers to keep costs fair and delivery times fast.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed quickly and usually delivered within 3–10 business days within the EU. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll get atracking link via email.
Which couriers do you use?
We partner with trusted logistics providers in Europe (such as DHL, DPD, UPS and local couriers depending on destination) to ensure safe and fast delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will I pay VAT?
VAT is included according to EU regulations and is shown at checkout.
What about returns?
We want you to love Bon Lo. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Simply contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged or a product leaks during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Do you offer subscription or bundles?
Yes, we are working on bundled sets (such as “Cleanse + Hydrate” kits) to make it easier and more affordable to build your routine. Subscription options will also be available soon for products you use daily.
