Refund policy

This policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal and how to return items purchased on bon-lo.com. It applies in addition to your legal rights for faulty goods.

1) Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers) – 14 days

If you buy online as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. You may withdraw without giving any reason.

How to exercise:
Before the 14-day period expires, send a clear notice to contact form (subject: Withdrawal notice – Order #[number]). You can use the model form in Section 6. We’ll confirm and provide return instructions.

Returning the goods:
Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. You are responsible for the goods while in your possession and during return shipment. Unless we have stated otherwise, you pay the direct cost of returning the goodsin case of withdrawal.

Refunds:
We refund all payments for the withdrawn items, including the standard delivery cost (if any) to your location. We do not refund any extra cost for premium/express shipping you selected. Refunds are made within 14 days from your notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them, whichever occurs first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Condition / diminished value:
You may handle goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (as in a physical shop). You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.

Please return items with original packaging and tags where reasonably possible. This is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Legal exceptions (no withdrawal right):

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

  • sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons, once unsealed;

  • goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

  • digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once download/streaming has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right.

Sale/discounted items: still eligible for the 14-day withdrawal unless an exception above applies.

2) Faulty or non-conforming items (legal guarantee)

If an item is faulty or does not conform to the contract, contact form. You may be entitled to repair or replacement or—if those are not feasible—price reduction or refund under applicable law (in Sweden, up to three yearsto complain; minimum two years elsewhere in the EU/EEA).

3) Exchanges

If you want a different item, return the original under this policy and place a new order.

5) Refund timing updates

We’ll email you when we’ve received and checked your return and confirm approval. Your bank/card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
